The Hawk's Nest stands behind all of our products and services.  Our goal is to exceed your expectations from the very beginning of your order to the final delivery.  Should you have any issues with your order, please reach out to us via email: bhsredhawkshop@mybps.me to begin your resolution.  Refunds/exchanges will be given within five days of shipment of your product(s).  Products may be dropped off at the school (744 W. Main St. Hyannis MA 02601) or shipped back to the school at the customers expense.

Cancellation policy:

Upon receipt of your order, our team will contact you within 24 hrs indicating your order's status.  You may cancel your order within this period and a full refund will be given.  Any cancellations after this period will be charged an administrative fee/restocking fee of 20% of the order.
